As the days grow shorter and the temperature starts to drop, we start changing the ways we use heating and cooling in the house. Maybe a room gets a lot of sun, but only for an hour or so, so you only need to run the aircon in that room specifically. There are a few solutions that can suit this scenario. Heat Cool Group can provide custom designed heating and cooling through a network of outlets situated in the ceiling with a Brivis system.

Should you keep the doors closed?

Dissimilar to refrigerated cooling which requires you to keep doors and windows shut to maintain temperature, Brivis evaporative cooling systems allow you to leave your doors and windows open. This is extraordinary information if you have kids who are continually running in and out of the house!

What is ducted evaporative cooling?

Brivis evaporative cooling involves a focal cooling unit, which is designed with a progression of outlets. Situated strategically all through the house, these outlets, or ducts, are installed in the ceiling while the cooling unit is installed on top of the roof. Cool fresh air flows through these outlets into every room of your home that you want to be cooled.

The cooling unit fan draws in fresh air from outside your home. (The more sultry the air is to begin with, the better the cooling impact.) As it goes through soaked pads, the air is cooled and separated before coursing through the ductwork and into your rooms – actually like a cool, invigorating ocean breeze.

Superior reliability and efficiency

Up to 50%+ cheaper to install than comparable capacity refrigerated cooling systems, this is a great method to cool your home. The air inside your house isn’t re-circled, making it a healthy option. The natural process of air cooled by water implies it will not dry out the air, or aggravate your skin, throat or eyes. As hot air is pushed out of the home, doors can be left open.

Saving the environment and you

Brivis evaporative cooling utilises a totally natural process of air cooled by water. Call our experienced group on 0383609622 and we can talk you through which option will best suit your home.
